Putting A Safety on Our Trigger
There are certain words that when heard, cause us to shut down our hearing and begin the formulation of an argument, a response, or a final judgment about a person.
These words cause us to think that we know all that we need to know about a person; we then fill in the blanks and cease actively listening. It then becomes more about winning the argument instead of winning the person. Paul shows how to and not to respond.
Service begins at the 4:30 mark, and the message at the 46:20 mark.
