Many pastors or evangelists will complain about the ‘hard soil’ of where they are, frequently using that as the reason for difficulty in preaching and teaching the Gospel. While there may be some circumstances that cause difficulty, so much of it depends on the character of the leadership, and their absolute dependence on God.
